It's a background app (also identifies itself as "UDisk Monitor" service) which is apparently required by Smartfren Connex AC682 UI (I assume it's also required for any other ZTE-based modem apps). Probably it's used to monitor internet usage (as in bandwidth, etc). It runs all the time though, so I can't really tell if it won't do anything else other than monitoring your internet. But there's one thing for sure, it most likely will monitor your internet usage even when you're using another internet connection (such as Wi-Fi or whatever).
