What is McUICnt.exe?

The genuine McUICnt.exe file is a software component of McAfee Security Scan Plus by McAfee LLC.
"McUICnt.exe" provides the "HTML User Interface (UI) Container" for the User Interface screens of more than one McAfee software product. It is often associated with Security Scan Plus, a free tool which often downloads with third-party products, (often Adobe Flash), if a consent checkbox is not cleared. However, other McAfee products such as Security Center and Anti-Theft (no longer available) use it also. The typical path given for it is "C:\Program Files\McAfee Security Scan\%VERSION%\mcuicnt.exe". In HTML terminology a "container" controls the width of displayed material and adjusts it to the screen being used. In November 2016 a security vulnerability was detected in "McUICnt.exe" related to its use of "Version.dll". This was fixed in version 8.0.2042 of the program. Users of Security Scan Plus should be sure they have its version 3.11.427.2 (or later). McAfee LLC, founded in 1987, is today the world's largest company dedicated to cybersecurity.

It is supposed to auto update. It has tried it about 5 times with no results. I have to force a shutdown on Windows 7 after a long time.
Takes up loads of memory. Very, very bad for low end PCs. Would definitely recommend a different antivirus spftware

Is just part of McAfee. Harmless. Probably breaks McAfee if you delete it.

Part of mcafee software, seems to be viciously stealing focus on some computers, if you have to click after a few seconds to type in a program that might be the cause. Shutting down in task manager seems to work after a few tries if not uninstall of mcafee software may help.
McUICnt.exe = McAfee User Interface Control
I get "Stop running this script" error messages.
