It's for mounting images, nothing more. As stated by Daedalus, it's nigh impossible to live without on Windows.

As Darius, kk2, Daedalus and Volt_Opt_Construct are saying :D and also i could not live without it, no more hussle witrg DVD's/CD's. Just mount the ISO with MagicDisc as a viryal drive and it works (even games).
