It appears to be a file created by and essential for ESET NOD32 Antivirus program, which is a valid anti-malware / spyware program. It only appeared on my computer once I installed NOD32. A valid instance of this program is likely to be found in C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus

Well i deleted it, couldn't start my computer. Internet doesn't work. Programs wont run, they said I had to delete it, and yea can see that is harmless. bullshit... stay away from egui guys, or someone help me..

IT slows down once i opens other programs

It is part of Eset antivirus,which is an excellent AV program I think u have to leave it alone. If it is firing too often you may need to adjust your EsetNod settings
